Ox on the roasting spitJune the 13th is St. Anthony’s day. St. Anthony is Novalja’s guardian saint. Numerous events will be held to celebrate the Day of town of Novalja. Gre nan Antonja Fest started today at noon in front of Boat Petrol Station in center of Novalja. As you can see from the pictures the rain didn’t spoil the good mood and a big ox was prepared on the roasting spit. At 4PM our racing champion Niko Pulić will present first racing car that runs on bio diesel.First bio diesel racing car Exhibit of Pag laces made in workshop in Novalja will open at 9PM in gallery Nevia. This year Antonja Fest continues tomorrow, June the 8th, with St. Anthony’s bowling cup that will be held near Novalja’s Firehouse. But that’s not all folks!
