As of today NovaljaPag.com is running on the newest release of Wordpress. Since WordPress 2.5 has officially been released on last Saturday, 29th of March, we quickly managed to upgrade our page. You won’t be able to see any visual changes, but at least you know that we keep up with newest web standards.

Radio Novalja, a few years old idea of starting Novalja’s local radio is back to the headlines again this days. The idea of starting a radio station in Novalja was well accepted then, but even more today when Novalja has become leading tourist center of the island of Pag. Same idea was already achieved in town of Pag, so in 1992. we got island’s first radio station called Radio Pag that broadcasts on 94.8 MHz. Do we need a second one? Well, competition is always healthy. Especially between Novalja and Pag. Local goverment will support this idea by providing place for studio, and 150000 kunas (cca. 20000 €) in this year’s local budget.
